What an Odoo implementation costs, and how long it takes.

We do not publish a price list, because a single number would be wrong for most businesses. This page explains what moves the price and the calendar, so you can judge any quote, ours included.

The price

Seven things that decide it.

Our price is fixed, and quoted after a 20-minute call and a short written scope. It changes only if you ask for something that is not in the scope, and we write that down first.

  • How many people use the system, and how many we train (our package covers up to 10)
  • How many items, parties and godowns we bring across
  • How clean your Tally or Excel data is
  • The reports your accountant needs
  • E-invoicing and e-way bills, if the law applies to you
  • Anything custom, which we keep small
  • Hosting and support after go-live

Odoo's own licence is separate. Community has no licence fee. If you choose the paid Enterprise edition, the licence is charged by Odoo per user, and we tell you the figure before you decide.

The calendar

About 30 days, when your data is ready.

Four weeks assumes your data is ready and someone on your side can give a few hours a week. The proposal says so, with dates.

  1. 1

    Day 1

    A 20-minute call

You describe how an order, a purchase and an invoice move through your business. We write it up and send it back.

  2. 2

    Within a week

    A fixed proposal

Scope, price, dates and payment milestones in one document, including what is not included.

  3. 3

    Weeks 1 to 3

Build and load on a test copy

We set up Odoo and load your data on a test copy. You and your accountant check it against Tally.

  4. 4

    Week 4

    Train, test, go live

We train your staff, test the backup, and switch over on a date you choose. Two weeks of support follow.

What slows a project down

  • Data that is not ready, or full of duplicates and missing codes
  • Nobody on your side with a few hours a week
  • Decisions that arrive late
  • New requests in the middle of the project

Before you sign

Seven questions to ask any implementer.

Ask us the same ones. We answer them in the proposal.

  • What exactly is included, in writing, and what is not?
  • Is the price fixed, and what happens if the scope changes?
  • Is it Odoo Community or Enterprise, and who pays for the licence?
  • Who owns the hosting account and the data?
  • Who files the GST returns?
  • What support comes after go-live, and what does an upgrade cost?
  • Are you an official Odoo partner? (We are not, and we say so.)

FAQ

Cost and timeline, answered

See what the package includes on the Services page.

How much does an Odoo implementation cost in India?

It depends on users, data, reports and compliance. We quote a fixed price after a 20-minute call and a short written scope, and we do not publish a rate card.

How long does it take to implement Odoo?

About 30 days for our Starter ERP, when your data is ready and someone on your side can give a few hours a week. The proposal says so, with dates.

Is Odoo Community really free?

The software has no licence fee. You still pay for set-up, hosting and support. If you choose the paid Enterprise edition, Odoo charges a licence per user, and we tell you the figure before you decide.

How do payments work?

In three steps: an advance to start, a payment when you sign off the test copy, and a final payment at go-live. The amounts and dates are in your proposal.

What support do we get after go-live?

Two weeks of hands-on support are in the package. A yearly plan for fixes, small changes, help for your staff and version upgrades is available, with the price on request.

Can we start with a smaller scope?

Yes. The Starter ERP is one fixed scope, and other parts, such as GST e-invoicing, CRM or the Tally migration on its own, can be added or bought separately.
